VIPPIE'S MATERIALS NEEDED:

l Vippie's Vinyl Bag
l Vippie's Transcendence Emboss. Powder
   (poured into small plastic food container
     so that you can dip into it)
l Vippie's Anti-Static Pad

STAMPS:

l Vippie's Pot of Gold -- E-2282
 l Vippie's Happy St. Patrick's Day -- C-2362
 l Vippie's Shamrock Pile -- C-2363

SUPPLIES TO HAVE ON HAND:

l White Glossy or Coated Card Stock
l Markers - Blue, Pink, Orange, Yellow
l Black and Green Dye Ink Pads
l Hole Punch -- 1/8"
l Narrow Green Ribbon
l Green Gems or Buttons
l Embossing (Heat) Gun
l Gift or Candy (such as chocolate Kisses)

TIPS and SUGGESTIONS:

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cut a piece of White Glossy (or Coated) Card Stock to 3-3/8" x 2-5/8".
  2. Rub with Static Pad and tap off excess.
  3. The 3-3/8" side is on the bottom. Using Black Ink Pad stamp "Pot of Gold" in the middle of the card. Immediately dip into Transcendence Embossing Powder and tap off excess. Emboss with heat gun.
  4. Next stamp "Happy St. Patrick's Day" on top of "Pot of Gold", dip into Transcendence Embossing Powder and tap off excess. Emboss with heat gun.
  5. Using Green Ink Pad stamp "Shamrock Pile" around all edges of card. Let dry.
  6. Color in all images with markers as shown
  7. Insert card into Vinyl Bag.
  8. Make a small bow with ribbon and glue to Vinyl Bag as shown. 
  9. Glue 2 Green Gems (or Buttons) at the bottom of the handles as shown.
  10. Fill Vinyl Bag with Kisses, a gift, or whatever you would like to put in.
  11. Enjoy!
