Matchbook Note Pads 
Step-by-Step Instructions for Embossing them

    Products Needed:

  • Matchbook Note Pads

  • Transcendence Embossing Powder

  • Static Remover Pad

  • Memories Black Ink Pad

  • Vippies Rubber Stamps

  • Small Self-Stick Calendar Pads

  • Ball Chains

     Have on hand:

  • Heat Embossing Tool

  • Markers

 

 


STEP 1.

 

  

STEP 2.

STEP 1:   Open Matchbook Notepad (MBNP) and turn over so that the staple is at the top. Swipe the front cover with the Static Remover Pad.

 
STEP 2:   Stamp image onto the front cover.

STEP 3:  While the ink is still wet, dip the cover of the MBNP into the Transcendence Embossing Powder. Tap off excess. (HINT: Empty the bottle of Transcendence Embossing Powder into a plastic storage container. This makes it less messy and easy to dip and emboss your project. Plus the top will help to keep the powder clean.)
STEP 4:  Heat emboss with the Heat Embossing Tool. CAUTION: Heat Embossing is NOT for children. Emboss only on a NON-FLAMMABLE surface. Use great care since the Embossing Tool gets very hot. Unplug Embossing Tool when not in use. Keep out of children's reach. Follow all instruction in Manual included with the Heat Embossing Tool.

STEP 5:  Color in the images with various colors of markers.



STEP 6:  Quickly dip the cover of the MBNP into the Transcendence Embossing Powder again. Tap off excess.

STEP 7:   Emboss with the Embossing Tool again. SPECIAL NOTE about Transcendence Embossing Powder: Transcendence Embossing Powder is formulated to stick to any kind of ink as long as the ink is wet. Even dye-based markers can be heat embossed with the Transcendence Embossing Powder!

STEP 9:   For more fun use one of our many images to stamp on the INSIDE pages of the MBNP. Add one of our SMALL SELF-STICK CALENDAR PADS to the inside cover of the MBNP. It fits perfectly!
STEP 10:   Add a BALL CHAIN and the project is complete. You can also embellish the MBNP with ribbon, glitter, sequins, charms, self-stick gems, stickers, etc.
