We have changed our shipping/handling rates as of January
27, 2010. We believe these rates are fair and affordable. The new

Please note that there
will be an ADDITIONAL $2.50 added by us to the Shipping/Handling rates shown
above for EACH BOX of Matchbook Notepads, for 8 OR MORE Vinyl Bags (either
size), and/or for 2 OR MORE Packs of 100 of any size Self-Seal Bulk Plastic
Bags. (These items are heavy and bulky and require the additional postage which
we will add to rates shown above.)
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders are shipped from West Orange, New Jersey, so the transit time will depend on your distance from that location. All orders to the West Coast (California, Washington, New Mexico, etc.) MAY be subject to additional shipping charges because of increased postal costs to their Zone. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail Insured and may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will e-mail you with the total amount on your Order Confirmation including any additional charges as mentioned above, if applicable. We ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Flat Rate, and UPS Ground.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS
such as Overnight or Next Day are important to us. We ask that you phone in any special shipping requests during working hours Monday-Friday 9 am - 4 pm EST. Unfortunately we can no longer accept special shipping requests that are faxed to us, written on your order, left on our answering machine, or e-mailed to us.NEW
INSURANCE INFORMATION:
All orders of $25.00 and over have Insurance AUTOMATICALLY
INCLUDED in the NEW Shipping/Handling Charges.
Orders under $25.00 will not be insured unless you request it, and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not
insured.
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization. Please call or
e-mail us first. A $5.00 restocking fee MAY be charged. You will not be refunded for any
insurance or shipping
and handling fees. If you received Free Shipping we will have to charge you back for the shipping.
We cannot accept returns on any used merchandise. Personalized Stamps are not
returnable. Dated items such as calendars are not returnable unless the
incorrect size was sent or they were defective. Credit will not be issued until
we receive the return.
